Est. 2026 — a multi-industry software studio

SaaS, websitesand algorithms,for yourindustry.

Algo SaaS is a studio for operators who need real software — not templated dashboards, not another agency-ware rebuild. We build SaaS products, ship the websites and web apps that sell them, and design the algorithms underneath — across whichever industry you work in.

[ 002 ] Who we work with

Industry-agnostic, category-obsessed.

We've shipped software into more than a dozen verticals. The stack is transferable; the judgment comes from understanding where your category bends the rules.

01Regulated

Industries with real compliance weight

Fintech, legal, healthcare, insurance. Scoring models, risk engines, audit trails and workflows that survive a procurement review.

02Operational

Operators with messy, specific workflows

Logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate. Routing and capacity algorithms sitting underneath the tools your team actually opens every morning.

03Emerging

Categories without an off-the-shelf option

Climate tech, civic platforms, AI-native tooling. Bespoke algorithms and SaaS for problems nobody has shipped a template for yet.

[ 003 ] SaaS products

The products your customers log into every morning.

Workspaces, portals, pipelines and admin surfaces. We design and ship the SaaS layer your business runs on — end to end.

01

Operational SaaS

CRMs, pipelines, workflow tools and the admin screens your team lives in every day.

  • Pipelines
  • Roles
  • Reporting
02

Multi-tenant B2B platforms

Workspaces, permissions, billing and procurement-grade controls ready for your first enterprise contract.

  • Orgs
  • Billing
  • SSO
03

Marketplaces & portals

Two-sided platforms, gated client spaces, and transactional hubs with the trust & safety layer to match.

  • Matching
  • Payouts
  • Gated
04

Subscription & billing

Plans, trials, proration, dunning and invoices that don’t haunt your finance team.

  • Stripe
  • Invoicing
  • Tax
05

Client & investor portals

Gated spaces for updates, documents and reporting — branded, secure and quick to roll out.

  • Auth
  • Docs
  • Reporting
06

Scheduling & bookings

Calendars, capacity, resource allocation and the surprisingly hard edges of time zones and reschedules.

  • Calendar
  • Capacity
  • Notif.
[ 004 ] Websites & web apps

From the homepage to the web app your customers live in.

We design and build marketing sites and web apps side-by-side with the SaaS and algorithms — same studio, same system, same team.

Because your API is only as good as its docs.

  • MDX

[ 005 ] Algorithm products

The decision layer underneath the UI.

Pricing, matching, forecasting, routing, retrieval. The algorithms that turn a SaaS product into a defensible one.

α.01

Pricing & revenue engines

ƒp* = argmax E[r(p) · c(p)]

Dynamic pricing, yield management and margin optimization — with guardrails that keep them sane in production.

  • Dynamic
  • Yield
  • Margin
α.02

Matching & recommendation

ƒscore = f(user, item, context)

Two-sided matching, personalization and ranking systems — explainable, evaluable, re-trainable.

  • Ranking
  • Personal.
  • Evals
α.03

Forecasting & risk scoring

ƒŷ = Σ wᵢ · xᵢ + ε

Demand, churn, fraud and underwriting models wired into the dashboards that drive decisions from them.

  • Forecast
  • Risk
  • Scores
α.04

Routing, scheduling & logistics

ƒmin Σ cᵢⱼ · xᵢⱼ s.t. Ax ≤ b

Constraint solvers, dispatch, capacity allocation — the math behind fleets, calendars and supply chains.

  • Solvers

  • Capacity
α.05

Search, ranking & retrieval

ƒtop‑k(sim(q, D))

Lexical, vector and hybrid retrieval with ranking pipelines and evals you can actually reason about.

  • Hybrid
α.06

Agents & AI-native systems

ƒπ(aₜ | sₜ) with evals & fallbacks

Agents, copilots and retrieval-grounded workflows with evaluators, guardrails and first-party data.

  • Agents
  • RAG
  • Guardrails
[ 006 ] How we work

A studio process, not an agency pipeline.

One senior team. Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly demos. We'd rather ship eight excellent things than forty mediocre ones.

  1. 01
    Week 1

    Scope

We interview you, your users, and your ops team. We come back with a written scope, a clickable wireframe and a fixed price.

  2. 02
    Weeks 2–3

    Design

Brand, UI, and the hard design decisions about information hierarchy. Figma reviews twice a week, nothing sent to engineering without sign-off.

  3. 03
    Weeks 3–8

    Build

Small senior team in one shared repo. Daily deploys to staging, weekly demos to you, and an open Linear board for everything.

  4. 04
    Ongoing

    Ship & iterate

We handle launch, analytics, onboarding flows and the first month of iteration. Then we hand it off — or stay on retainer.

The more specific, the better. We read every message ourselves and reply within two working days.
